The Coconut Cottage beach house is situated on the scenic beach front of the quiet Guayaguayare road. It is nestled among the towering coconut trees. The other much larger part of the Caribbean experience is the sun and the sea breeze along with the shady coconut trees on the outdoors that creates and relaxing and cool feeling. Thus to fulfill the experience the Coconut Cottage is equipped with a paved front yard perfect for barbecues and an open sitting porch.

The main room comprises of a seating area with comfortable arm chairs and a sofa, dining area which seats six persons, a fully equipped kitchen (which includes a kettle, microwave, fridge, cooker and cutlery) fully equipped with an air-condition unit. The sitting area also comprises of a wall mounted television with Direct T.V.

There are three bedrooms that are also equipped with air-condition units. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a queen sized bed, closet and two side tables. The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds, closets, side tables and a shared field bathroom

In total, the house can accommodate a maximum of six (6) persons.

The entire property is surrounded by concrete fencing making it a great place to stay for families with children.
