Welcome to Belle Maison Townhouses! We have two beautiful townhouses for rent, 90 seconds from Airport, Store Bay & Pigeon Point beaches. Three (3) bedrooms in each unit with en-suite bathrooms, one (1) loft, living room, fully equipped kitchen w/ dining area and an additional half bathroom. Each Townhouse can sleep ten (10) persons.

Amenities include A/C, Cable, Wifi, fully outfitted Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Pool & Jacuzzi (shared), Linens & Towels provided, Alarm System and parking for 2 vehicles. All we need now, is you!

Pricing:

Regular Season: TTD $2,000 or USD $300
This rate applies through most of the year. Inquire about options for extended stays. MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY REQUIRED.

Peak Season: TTD $2,500 or USD $375
This rate applies during high demand seasons, including Carnival, Easter, Tobago Jazz Festival, Carib Great Race & Christmas. Inquire about options for extended stays. MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY REQUIRED.

7 Days/Weekly Special: TTD $12,000 or USD $1,800
Stay for 7 nights, but only pay for 6! Only available during Regular / Low Season.

Caution Fee (Refundable): TTD $3,000 or USD $450
Refunded in full within 14 days after exit once no damage/loss has occurred. If any cost has been incurred due to the need for repairs or replacement of contents, it will be deducted from Caution Fee.
