Marakai Villas is located in Rabita Avenue, Mayaro. It's two minutes from the Mayaro police station, heading towards the Manzanilla side look for the sign on the right hand side two streets on the left after merry men bar drive straight down rabita avenue you will see the house to the left the blue house it is located directly on the beach front. The villas are comprised of two fully air conditioned four (4) bedroom apartments one upstairs and one downstairs .

Each apartment consist of two (2) master suites with each having its own private bathroom and two other bedrooms with one (1) shared bathroom, totaling four bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms per apartment. THERE IS A 15FT X 30FT SWIMMING POOL. 4 FT DEEP which is shared between upstairs and the down stairs apartments. Each apartment is equipped with a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living and dinning area and balcony with an amazing views of the ocean.

Other amenities include air conditioned bedrooms hot and cold water, direct TV, Internet,ceiling fans,secured parking for six vehicles three per apartment , kitchen utensils,pot,spoons,basins etc,mini chopper,microwave and bar-b-grill. No linens ,towels and toiletries,personal care are provided . On weekends there will be a minimum stay of two nights
Prices range from ttd $2000 a night for downstairs and $2000 a night for upstairs the downstairs sleeps 11 adults anyone 10 yrs and over will be considered an adult and upstairs sleeps 12 adults peak times will be a little more peak times means long weekends and school holidays . A security deposit of one night's stay is required for any incidentals which will be refunded two (2) days after check out. If you want privacy and want the entire house just add both prices of the apartments together.

CHECK IN TIME IS 3pm AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 3pm

Weekly specials are available for only TTD $1500 two days and one night Monday to Thursday night only check in 9am and check out 6pm the following day for a total of ten adults
